What we collect

To ship an order we need a name, delivery address, email address and, where you give one, a phone number for carrier updates. Payment details go straight to the payment processor and are never stored on Jungle Ring systems.

Browsing the site stores a cart in your browser's local storage. That data stays on your device and is not transmitted to us until you place an order.

What we do with it

• Fulfil, ship and support the order you placed.
• Handle returns, refunds and warranty claims.
• Send order and delivery notifications.
• Send marketing email only where you asked for it, with one-click unsubscribe.

Who we share it with

Carriers get the delivery address. Payment processors get the payment data. Nobody else receives customer data, and we do not sell it. Where a legal request compels disclosure we comply and, where the law allows, tell you.

How long we keep it

Order records stay for seven years because tax rules require it. Marketing preferences are deleted as soon as you unsubscribe. Everything else goes when it is no longer needed for the purpose it was collected for.

Your choices

Email info@junglering.com to see, correct or delete the data we hold on you. We answer within 30 days. Residents of states with their own privacy statutes keep every right those statutes grant.
