Ordering, delivery and cover

How long does delivery take in the United States?

Standard shipping takes two to five working days to any address in the lower 48. Orders placed before 2pm Mountain Time leave the Sheridan, Wyoming warehouse the same day. Expedited delivery arrives in two working days and overnight arrives the next working day by 5pm.

Is shipping free?

Standard shipping is free on orders over $49. Below that it costs $6.95. Expedited and overnight options carry their own charge and are shown at checkout before you pay.

What payment methods can I use?

All major credit and debit cards, digital wallets and buy-now-pay-later options appear at checkout. Card details are entered on the payment step and are never stored by Jungle Ring.

Can I return something I have opened?

Yes. You have 30 days from delivery to return an item, opened or not, as long as it is complete and undamaged. Faulty items ship back on our label at no cost to you.

What does the two-year warranty cover?

It covers manufacturing faults and premature component failure for two years from delivery, on top of whatever the manufacturer offers. Accidental damage, liquid damage outside the stated water rating and normal battery wear are not covered.

Do you match prices from other retailers?

We match live prices from US retailers holding stock, and we refund the difference if a product you bought drops in price within 14 days. Email the order number and a link to the lower price.

How do I track my order?

A tracking link is emailed when the label is printed, usually within a few hours of ordering. If it has not arrived by the next working day, call support and we will resend it.

Do you sell to businesses and schools?

Yes. Bulk pricing starts at ten units of the same product, and we invoice on net-30 terms for approved accounts. Send the product list and quantities to the support email for a quote.
